Softball camp scores a home run
The Carlinville Softball team completed their first annual softball camp for fourth through ninth graders June 10-12.
Coach Quinn Steiner was assisted by Coach Bell and Jamie Hughes. Members of his softball team also helped. Camp participants learned the fundamentals of softball including throwing, fielding, hitting, and pitching.
On the final day of camp, players competed in a softball throw contest, base running contest, and home run derby. Results as follows:
