Lotts celebrate 50 years of bliss

CARLINVILLE (June 28, 2018) – Warren and Debra “Deb” Lott celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, June 16, by renewing their vows at Carlinville Calvary UPC, with Pastor Larry Mouser officiating. They were married June 15, 1968, at Jerseyville’s Bible Baptist Church by Rev. James Pepper.

Mr. Lott is retired from Watson Foods, Inc., in Taylorville, where he had been a supervisor. He graduated from Lewis and Clark Community College with an associate’s degree. Mrs. Lott remains employed at Locust Street Resource Center in Carlinville. She graduated from the University of Illinois, Springfield, with a master’s degree.

They have three children, Robert (Kim) Lott Sr. of Granite City, Michael (Michelle) Lott of Los Angeles, Calif., and Kenneth Lott of Carlinville; six grandchildren, Summer Moore of Granite City, Danielle (Ronnie) Harper of Lebanon, Kimberly (Tony Borden) Lott of Tishomingo, Miss., Robert Lott Jr. of Tishomingo, Miss., Jordan Lott of Carlinville and Kenneth James “K.J.” Lott II of Carlinville; and seven great-grandchildren, Audrey, Demi and Bash Barnes of Granite City, Kaiden of Lebanon, Farrah, Matthew and Autumn of Tishomingo, Miss.

Following the vow renewal, a reception was held with many family members and friends in attendance.
