Heather Clark and Collin Pilger welcome second child
Xavier Joseph Pilger was born on July 18, 2019 at 8:08 a.m. at HSHS St. Francis Hospital, in Litchfield, he weighed 8 lbs and was 21 inches long.
His parents are Heather Clark and Collin Pilger of Palmyra, maternal grandparents are Kelly and John Clark, of Palmyra; paternal grandparents are Carissa Eason and Doug Eason of Godfrey; maternal great-grandparents are Mary Clark, of Modesto, Alice Bown and Dave Bangert of Carlinville; paternal great-grandparents are Carm Gather, of Alton and Clasdette Pilger of Godfrey.
Xavier is welcomed home by a sister Bella, age 3.
