Health dept. workshops educational
GIRARD (Oct. 5, 2017) – The Macoupin County Public Health Department conducts a workshop designed by the Stanford Patient Education Research Center. I recently completed this six-week, 12-hour program. It was an excellent experience. I would recommend that any person with constant pain, diabetes, high blood pressure or other chronic problems attend this no-cost workshop, and believe that everyone can greatly benefit from it. It was conducted by Debbie and Bailey from the Health Department; they did a professional job in presenting this important community educational program.
