Lawsuits

Ottawa Oil Company filed a petition for registration of foreign judgment against Green Trac LLC, requesting the court register a judgment made March 29, 2016, by the Putnam County Municipal Court in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant in the sum of $11,769.53 plus interest of 3 percent from June 10, 2012, and costs of the suit.

Bobby Bridges filed a complaint for eviction Oct. 10 against Toni Mull, seeking possession of property in Staunton and $1,365 rent.

Home Options Company filed a complaint for eviction Oct. 10 against Kathy Henderson and Greg Albro, seeking possession of property in Sawyerville and rent for half of July, August, September and October.

Chris Rahn filed a complaint for eviction Oct. 11 against Savannah Killebrew, seeking possession of property in Girard and $700 rent.

Felonies

Justin C. Grider, 35, Carlinville, has been charged with unlawful possession of more than five grams but less than 15 grams of meth in connection with an Oct. 10 incident.

Larry S. Secrist, 53, Girard, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (a substance containing tramadol) in connection with a March 6 incident.

James H. Mosher, now 49, Carlinville,h as been charged with unlawful possession of less than five grams of a substance containing meth in connection with a Feb. 25 incident.

Jared L. Lansdon, now 31, Petosi, Mo., has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (a substance containing hydrocodone) in connection with a June 13 incident.

William R. Werner, 44, Mt. Olive, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (a substance containing heroin) in connection with a June 20 incident.

Stephen S. Goodman, 30, Mt. Olive, has been charged with unlawful possession of less than five grams of a substance containing meth in connection with a July 16 incident.
