Nick Walton filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer June 27 against Tiffany Middleton, seeking possession of property in Carlinville, $450 for security deposit, $29.64 for unpaid water bills, $67.37 for unpaid Ameren utility bills, and rent accruing to the date of judgment.
Doug Kessinger and Sue Pirok filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer June 27 against Kendra and Roger Conlee, seeking possession of property in Gillespie and $550 rent, plus costs and damages.
Macoupin County Housing Authority filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer June 28 against Dawn Root, seeking possession of property in Benld; rent, late fees and/or other monies due and owing; reasonable attorney’s fees; and court costs.
Donald R. Lawrence, 40, Bunker Hill, has been charged with aggravated domestic battery in connection with a June 16 incident in which he allegedly strangled an individual, in that he placed his arm around the individual’s neck, restricting the individual’s breathing.
Tara M. Hancock, 25, Mt. Olive, has been charged with criminal trespass to a motor vehicle in connection with a June 19 incident in which she allegedly operated an individual’s 2013 Dodge Journey without authority.
Matthew D. Neece, 40, Taylorville, has been charged with resisting a peace officer in connection with a June 17 incident in which he allegedly started striking himself and pulled against an officer trying to detain him for pedestrian under the influence.
