Discover Bank filed a complaint May 23 against Bobbie R. Talley Jr., seeking $11,206.80 unpaid on a credit card account, plus statutory post-judgment interest and costs.

Ruth E. Loveless/Home Options Company filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer May 23 against Shonna and Kelly Conner, seeking possession of property in Gillespie; $2,325 for rent ($2,054.20), late charges, water bills, dumpster costs, costs of the suit, filing fee, and service fee; plus rent and late charges accruing to the date of judgment.

Lynn Bruemmer filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer May 24 against Jordan Conlee and Mariah Ashbaugh, seeking possession of property in Wilsonville and $1,806 for default in rent, Ameren IP bills, court costs, filing fees, damages to the yard, etc.

Robert H. Ernst filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer May 25 against Skylissa Boehler, seeking possession of property in Virden, $1,000 rent, damages, attorney’s fees and costs of the suit.

Felonies

Victoria L. Vega, 23, Litchfield, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (a substance containing heroin) in connection with an April 26 incident.

Scott T. Hendrickson, 55, Litchfield, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (a substance containing FUB-AMB) in connection with an April 20 incident.

Herbert P. Roeske III, now 46, Mt. Olive, has been charged with unlawful possession of less than five grams of a substance containing meth in connection with an Oct. 26, 2017, incident.

Jerad Q. Grady, 30, Decatur, has been charged with unlawful possession of less than five grams of a substance containing meth in connection with an April 22 incident.

Trisha M. Tate, now 34, Florissant, Mo., has been charged with unlawful possession of less than five grams of a substance containing meth in connection with an April 10 incident.

Kathleen J. Sauls, 28, Wilsonville, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (a substance containing fentanyl) in connection with a March 2 incident.

Jennifer T. Le, 28, Carlinville, has been charged with obstruction of justice in connection with an April 23 incident in which she allegedly furnished false information to an officer with the intent to obstruct an individual’s defense, in that she stated the individual gave her Adderall.

Ashley N. Murray, now 28, Taylor Springs, has been charged with unlawful possession of less than five grams of a substance containing meth in connection with a March 29 incident.

Misdemeanors

Aaron D. Huffines, 40, Virden, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a May 20 incident in which he allegedly bit an individual on the arm.

Steven A. Pierce, 46, Wilsonville, has been charged with battery in connection with a May 19 incident in which he allegedly struck an individual in the face with his fist.

Michael J. Burns, 42, Livingston, has been charged with retail theft in connection with a May 8 incident in which he allegedly took a hose nozzle valued at less than $300 from Dollar General in Staunton.

Brandon L. Golbricht, 24, Carlinville, has been charged with violation of an order of protection in connection with a May 13 incident in which he allegedly came within 500 feet of a protected location.

Bradford J. Willis, 38, Litchfield, has been charged with unlawful use of a weapon in connection with an April 26 incident in which he allegedly possessed a knuckle weapon, brass knuckles.

Brandy J, Cole, 39, Hartford, has been charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (a pipe) in connection with an April 15 incident.

DUI

Lindsey E. Travis, 23, Troy, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence in connection with a May 19 incident in which she allegedly drove a silver 2010 Honda on South Hackman Street north of Oxford Road, Staunton.
