Clifford Crispens filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer May 17 against Jennifer J. Stewart, seeking possession of property in Girard and $2,000 rent.

Jesse King filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer May 19 against Jeffery Stoop, seeking possession of property in Sawyerville.

Central Illinois Realty Company filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer May 19 against Breanna, Michael and Alexander Livingston and all unknown occupants, seeking possession of property in Virden and $1,566.20 for past due rent ($1,035.20), attorney’s fees, costs and service.

Central Illinois Realty Company filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer May 19 against Robin and Debra McGown and all unknown occupants, seeking possession of property in Virden and $6,574.50 for past due rent ($6,043.50), attorney’s fees, costs and service.

Gregory S. Burcham filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer May 19 against Bob and Ashley Beard, seeking possession of property in Girard and $1,300 rent.

Jacqueline Hammann and Paul Gregory filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer May 22 against Amy Brozowski and unknown occupants, seeking possession of property in Carlinville, $800 rent and damages.

Lavern Harvey filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer May 23 against Annyssa Myers, seeking possession of property in Virden and $802 for rent and utilities.

Felony

Nicholas J. Taylor, 19, Staunton, has been charged with meth possession (less than five grams) and unlawful possession of a controlled substance (less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine) in connection with a May 17 incident. He was also charged with driving on a suspended license.

Misdemeanors

Victoria L. Vega, 22, Litchfield, has been charged with obstructing identification in connection with a May 11 incident in which she allegedly furnished a false name to a peace officer who had detained her.

Derrick D. Courier, 19, Virden, has been charged with battery in connection with a May 6 incident in which he allegedly pushed an individual in the back and grabbed the individual by the neck.

Amanda L. Neel, 30, Carlinville, has been charged with criminal damage to property in connection with a May 13 incident in which she allegedly caused less than $500 damage to an individual’s window.

DUIs

Dawn E. Carr, 39, Arnold, Mo., has been charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving 21-25 mph above the limit (93 mph in a 70 mph zone) in connection with a May 13 incident in which she allegedly drove a red 2014 Mazda on Interstate 55 at milepost 48.

Brandon M. Lyons, 36, Gillespie, has been charged with driving under the influence, disobeying a stop sign and failure to signal when required in connection with a May 14 incident in which he allegedly drove a red 2012 Jeep on East First North Street at North East Street, Carlinville.

John G. Crocks, 54, Girard, has been charged with driving under the influence and improper parking on roadway in connection with a May 13 incident in which he allegedly drove a green 2003 Mercury on Country Club Road east of Henry Road, west of Girard.
