Ruth E. Loveless/Home Options Company filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer May 3 against Tony Mull, seeking possession of property in Gillespie and a total of $1,422 for rent, costs of the suit, filing fee and service fee.

Central Illinois Realty Company filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer May 4 against Teresa Brown and all unknown occupants, seeking possession of property in Virden and $2,181 for rent ($1,650), attorney’s fees, costs and service.

Central Illinois Realty Company filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer May 4 against Rebecca Simmons and all unknown occupants, seeking possession of property in Virden and $1,045 for rent, plus attorney’s fees, costs and service.

Central Illinois Realty Company filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer May 4 against Brianna Nolting, Josh Sanders and all unknown occupants, seeking possession of property in Virden and $2,366 for rent ($1,760), attorney’s fees, costs and service.

Felonies

Roniesha S. Harshaw, 31, St. Louis, Mo., has been charged with unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and unlawful possession of a controlled substance in connection with an April 20 incident in which she allegedly possessed a Sig Sauer P238 .38-caliber handgun and less than 15 grams of a substance containing 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine.

Marina Krummel, 26, Carlinville, has been charged with bringing contraband into a penal institution in connection with a Jan. 23 incident in which she allegedly brought hydrocodone into Macoupin County Jail.

Amber N. Beasley, 25, Bunker Hill, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin) in connection with a March 28 incident.

Michael J. Foster, 18, Carlinville, has been charged with burglary in connection with a May 2 incident in which he allegedly knowingly entered a building belonging to Carlinville Park Board located at Loveless Park, with the intent to commit a theft.

Joshua L. Nurdin, 26, Lake Ka-Ho, has been charged with defrauding a drug and alcohol screening in connection with a May 2 incident in which he allegedly possessed a substitute sample with the intent of attempting to foil or defeat a drug screening test.

Misdemeanors

Amy J. Hartmann, a.k.a. Amy J. Hartmann-Cox, 32, Mt. Olive, has been charged with criminal damage to property in connection with a May 1 incident in which she allegedly knowingly damaged an individual’s 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo by kicking the front left fender.

Cody R. Ikerman, now 28, Gillespie, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a May 1 incident in which he allegedly grabbed an individual’s arm, leaving marks.

Nicholas S. Finn, 19, Florissant, Mo., has been charged with criminal trespassing to real property in connection with an April 30 incident in which he allegedly knowingly remained upon the land of Blackburn College after receiving prior notice that such entry was forbidden.

Russell D. Loudermilk, 47, Staunton, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a May 4 incident in which he allegedly threw an object at an individual, striking the individual in the shoulder.

Jeffrey A. Cox, now 38, Gillespie, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a May 6 incident in which he allegedly spit in an individual’s face.

DUIs

Alex M. Baldwin, 21, Nashville, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of improper lane usage, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving on a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle in connection with an April 25 incident in which he allegedly drove a red 2009 GMC Sierra on Fosterburg Road south of Brighton Bunker Hill Road, east of Brighton.

Jena M. Gonzalez, 35, Brighton, has been charged with driving under the influence in connection with a May 3 incident in which she allegedly drove a white 2017 Nissan on Shipman Cutoff Road at Miles Station Road, south of Shipman.

Kristin N. Cox, 19, Brighton, has been charged with driving under the influence in connection with a May 3 incident in which she allegedly drove a maroon 2012 Lincoln in the 100 block of South Maple, Brighton.

Marvin R. Darrah, 49, Mt. Olive, has been charged with driving under the influence and disobeying a stop sign in connection with an April 28 incident in which he allegedly drove a blue 1992 Toyota truck on West First South Street at South Maple Street, Mt. Olive.

Logan T. Blevins, 22, Wilsonville, has been charged with driving under the influence, failure to reduce speed, illegal transportation of alcohol and failure to wear a seatbelt in connection with a May 2 incident in which he allegedly drove a red 1994 Ford truck in the 14700 block of Staunton Bunker Hill Road, southwest of Wilsonville.
