Lawsuits

CACH, LLC filed a complaint on Feb. 26 against Kit L. Stoecker, seeking $10,698.14 unpaid credit card payments plus costs of the suit

Leone Lumber Co. of Benld has filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer against Charles McGrady, seeking possession of the property, and to have the right to purchase the property be terminated.

Felonies

Michael D. Samuels, 29, Maywood, has been charged wile driving while license suspended following a Jan. 30 incident in which he was driving while license suspended on Interstate 55 near mile post 47 in Macoupin County.

Andrew W. Rice, 26, Carlinville, has been charged with possession of methamphetamines in connection with a Feb. 23 incident in which he allegedly possessed more than five grams but less than 15 grams of a substance containing methamphetamines.

Kimberly L. Nicaise, 27, Carlinville, has been charged with unlawful possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamines in connection to a Feb. 23 incident in which she allegedly possessed less than five grams of a substance containing methamphetamines.

Misdemeanors

Vernon E. Haustein, 30, of Staunton has been charged with domestic battery in connection from a Feb. 17 incident in which he allegedly struck another person in the face with a fist. A no contact order was issued.

Milborn J Lindsey Jr., 36, Carlinville, has been charged with domestic battery following a Feb. 20 incident in which allegedly he hit another person in the face with his fist. A no contact order was issued.

Anthony C. Harris, 48, Nilwood, has been charged with violation of a protection of order stemming from a Feb. 22 incident in which he allegedly came within 500 feet of a protected person.

Tyler X. Daube, 28, Gillespie, has been charged with domestic battery stemming from a Feb. 25 incident in which he allegedly grabbed the victim by the throat and squeezed. A no contact order was issued.
