Chuck and Patricia Jarman filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer June 14 against Michael and Kendra Mitchusson, seeking possession of property in Gillespie.

Kyle Gibbel and Jodi Jamieson (property manager) of Gibbel Home Services filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer June 14 against Kevin and Heather Nolting, seeking possession of property in Virden and $845 rent.

Kenneth Abbott filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer June 19 against Cindy Stover, seeking possession of property in Modesto and $850 rent.

Felonies

Kindra N. Blankenship, 27, Carlinville, has been charged with meth possession (less than 15 grams) in connection with an April 17 incident.

David J. Karrick, 36, Carlinville, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (a substance containing FUB-AMB) in connection with a May 1 incident.

Robert D. Lindsey, 28, Chesterfield, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (less than 15 grams of a substance containing FUB-AMB) in connection with an April 24 incident.

Mark K. McGhee, 30, Staunton, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a June 17 incident in which he allegedly grabbed an individual and threw the individual, causing a cut on the individual’s head.

Misdemeanors

Alexandra T. Pocklington, 26, Standard City, has been charged with obstructing identification in connection with a May 5 incident in which she allegedly furnished a false name after an officer had requested her identification, having good cause to believe she was witness to a criminal offense.

Carl L. Stark, 38, Carliville, has been charged with two counts of violation of an order of protection in connection with a June 13 incident in which he allegedly came within 500 feet of two protected people.

William R. Werner, 21, Gillespie, has been charged with criminal trespass to real property in connection with a June 13 incident in which he allegedly remained upon an individual’s land in the 100 block of North Wood, Staunton, after receiving prior notice that such entry was forbidden.

Rebecca L. McGown, 26, Virden, has been charged with violation of an order of protection in connection with a June 13 incident in which she allegedly was within 500 feet of a protected person.

Alexander S. Costanzo, 26, Ackley, Iowa, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a June 4 incident in which he allegedly grabbed an individual by the throat and squeezed.

Nicholas T. Abbott, 31, Virden, has been charged with resisting a peace officer in connection with a June 12 incident in which he allegedly ran from an officer after being detained.

Kelly L. Moore, 39, Brighton, has been charged with criminal trespass to a residence in connection with a June 11 incident in which she allegedly entered an individual’s residence without authority.

Nathan A. Peller, 24, Virden, has been charged with violation of an order of protection in connection with a May 25 incident in which he allegedly sent a message to a protected party.

Lindsey N. Portugal, 38, Staunton, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a June 7 incident in which she allegedly punched an individual in the face.

Benjamin F. Pagel Sr., 59, Carlinville, has been charged with battery and resisting a peace officer in connection with a June 3 incident in which he allegedly struck an individual in the face with a closed fist and pulled away from an officer after being detained.

Roni G. Richardson, 18, Carlinville, has been charged with assault in connection with a May 19 incident in which she allegedly tried to push an individual and stated she was going to kill the individual. She was also charged with theft in connection with an April 18 incident in which she allegedly exerted unauthorized control over an individual’s checks valued at less than $500, knowing them to have been stolen.

DUI

Charles R. Tauchert, 44, Carlinville, has been charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage, driving on a suspended license, reckless driving and unsafe equipment in connection with a June 17 incident in which he allegedly drove a 1993 Chevrolet on Johnson Street at Washington Street, Carlinville.
