Lawsuits

David Porter filed a complaint Jan. 31 against Murlin and Eula Hawkins for breach of a rental agreement and damages in excess of $50,000 for failure to keep the property in habitable condition.

Kenny Hadley filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer Jan. 18 against Jessie and Mary Parish, seeking possession of property in Wilsonville, damages of $2,000 plus additional damages related to damages to the improvements on the real estate and real estate taxes paid by Hadley.

Kimberly L. Doyle filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer Jan. 25 against Steven Clattenburg Jr. and Billie Jo Croll, seeking possession of property in Girard, back payment of $679, costs and damages.

Max B. Mullins filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer Jan. 30 against Abbie McCollum, seeking possession of property in Mt. Olive, $3,042.17 rent, further rent that comes due while McCollum occupies the premises, reasonable attorney’s fees, damages and costs of the suit.

Midland Fundling LLC filed a complaint against Kerri Ferguson, seeking $11,607.06 unpaid on a credit card or other consumer finance account.

Felonies

Thomas W. Roswell, 58, Bunker Hill, has been charged with unlawful possession of less than five grams of meth in connection with a Dec. 3 incident.

Daniel J. Mann-Clark, 27, Carlinville, has been charged with retail theft in connection with a Dec. 15 incident in which he allegedly took a camera valued at more than $300 from Carlinville Walmart.

Austin M. Weatherford, 19, Carlinville, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance in connection with a Dec. 19 incident in which he allegedly possessed less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Jason D. Hanner, 33, Bunker Hill, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance in connection with a Jan. 14 incident in which he allegedly possessed less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Roy E. Davis Jr., 30, Carlinville, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (a substance containing FUB-AMB) in connection with a Dec. 21 incident.

Eric S. Damm, 28, Palmyra, has been charged with two counts of criminal damage to property and one count of theft in connection with a Jan. 21 incident in which he allegedly caused more than $500 but less than $10,000 damage to an individual’s garage by driving a motor vehicle into the garage door, caused more than $500 but less than $10,000 damage to the individual’s window by punching it and breaking it, and took the individual’s pink Ruger LCP .380 handgun valued at less than $500.

Alexander J. Worland, 27, Livingston, has been charged with two counts of aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude in connection with a Jan. 28 incident in which he allegedly drove a 1998 Buick Park Avenue and, having been given a visual or audible signal by a peace officer directing him to bring his vehicle to a stop, wilfully failed or refused to obey, disobeyed a two stop signs in Staunton, and drove a t least 21 mph above the legal speed limit.

Misdemeanors

Megan L. Waterman, 30, Mt. Olive, has been charged with two counts of unlawful visitation interference in connection with Dec. 16 and 21 incidents in which she allegedly interfered with an individual’s visitation with his child.

Tesa L. Wilson, 21, Staunton, has been charged with escape in connection with a Jan. 17 incident in which she allegedly failed to report to Macoupin County Jail when ordered to do so.

Eric M. McClanahan, 33, St. Louis, Mo., has been charged with disorderly conduct in connection with a Jan. 19 incident in which he allegedly cursed, used obscene gestures directed at patrons and made physical contact with patrons and their vehicles at Carlinville McDonald’s.

Stewart M. Wilson, 32, Girard, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a Jan. 13 incident in which he allegedly struck an individual in the head with his hand.

Rebecca L. McGown, 26, Virden, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a Jan. 21 incident in which she allegedly grabbed an individual by the neck and squeezed.

Doran M. Hampson, 44, Staunton, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a Jan. 23 incident in which he allegedly bit an individual on the cheek.

Jill A. Utterback, 41, Virden, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a Jan. 24 incident in which she allegedly struck an individual in the lip with her fist.

Theodore M. Holmes, 46, Palmyra, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a Jan. 25 incident in which he allegedly shoved an individual against a wall with his hands.

Dalton R. Westerhold, 18, Bunker Hill, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a Jan. 24 incident in which he allegedly pushed an individual in the chest with his hands, jumped on top of the individual and wrestled with the individual, causing a cut.

Ronald D. Stufflebean, 42, Jerseyville, has been charged with violation of an order of protection in connection with a Jan. 16 incident in which he allegedly sent a text message to a protected person.

Michelle L. Yohn, 48, Mt. Olive, has been charged with theft in connection with a Jan. 17 incident in which she allegedly took dog food valued at less than $500 from an individual.

Allan M. Springman, 33, Carlinville, has been charged with escape in connection with a Jan. 20 incident in which he allegedly failed to report to Macoupin County Jail when ordered to do so.

Amanda S. Warren, 32, Mt. Olive, has been charged with obstructing identification in connection with an Oct. 21 incident in which she allegedly furnished a false name to an officer who had detained her.

DUIs

William C. Viehweg, 49, Staunton, has been charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage in connection with a Jan. 14 incident in which he allegedly drove a black 1995 Volvo on South Hackman at Sixth Street, Staunton.

Paul W. Sheridan, 24, Springfield, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence and one count of improper lane usage in connection with a Jan. 20 incident in which he allegedly drove a blue 2000 Dodge on Interstate 55 southbound at milepost 50.

Nicole M. Reynolds, 44, Gillespie, has been charged with driving under the influence, failure to reduce speed and operating an uninsured motor vehicle in connection with a Jan. 23 incident in which she allegedly drove a silver 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt on Route 138 west of Sawyerville Hills Road, west of Sawyerville.

Joseph C. Dollins, 41, Highland, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence in connection with a Jan. 26 incident in which he allegedly drove a silver 2006 Hyundai on Interstate 55 northbound at milepost 46.
