Lawsuits

First National Bank of Omaha filed a complaint at law March 8 against Lynn Bruemmer, seeking $13,197.42 unpaid on a credit card account, plus costs.

Alma Cook filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer March 9 against Jessica Richardson, seeking possession of property in Benld, $1,200 rent and court costs.

Wilson Grain and Fertilizer Inc. filed a complaint March 9 against Janet Kroeschel, seeking $13,121.17 unpaid on the purchase of farm products and related merchandise, plus interest and costs of the suit.

Heritage Manor – Carlinville LLC, d.b.a. Heritage Health, filed a complaint March 9 against Daniel and Myrtle Howard, seeking $36,642 unpaid for nursing home services, plus attorney’s fees, interest and costs of the suit.

Hebenstreit Family Limited Partnership filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer March 14 against Angel Cram and any other unknown occupants, seeking possession of property in Carlinville, costs of service and court costs.

Felonies

Breanna L. Livingston, 20, Morrisonville, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (a substance containing Tramadol) in connection with a Feb. 5 incident.

Tina K. Schmidgall, now 50, has been charged with theft in connection with a Nov. 16, 2015, incident in which she allegedly exerted unauthorized control over more than $500 but less than $10,000 cash belonging to an individual.

James A. Iler, 43, Brighton, has been charged with aggravated driving under the influence and driving while license revoked in connection with a March 12 incident in which he allegedly drove a 2000 Ford Crown Victoria on North Street at Ransom Street in Brighton. He was also charged with driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Misdemeanors

William G. Nix, 47, Carlinville, has been charged with violation of an order of protection in connection with a March 4 incident in which he allegedly entered a protected location.

Kendall L. Reedy, 31, Benld, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a March 6 incident in which he allegedly struck an individual in the jaw with his fist.

Blayten C. Magana, 23, Carlinville, has been charged with theft in connection with a March 3 incident in which he allegedly exerted unauthorized control over a security camera belonging to Cozy Corner Tavern, valued at less than $500, knowing it to have been stolen.

Takoda M. Harbaugh, 19, Carlinville, has been charged with retail theft in connection with a March 3 incident in which he allegedly took a knife and five butane torches from Ace Hardware in Carlinville.

Amy R. Bolletto, 39, Thayer, has been charged with retail theft in connection with a March 5 incident in which she allegedly took chainsaw blades, a Dremel tool, Dremel bits, and a toggle switch with a total value of less than $500 from Carlinville Walmart.

Jeanie A. Landers, 50, Auburn, has been charged with criminal trespass to a motor vehicle in connection with a March 4 incident in which she allegedly remained in an individual’s white 2009 Ford truck without authority to do so.

Jill S. Busby, 52, Gillespie, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a March 12 incident in which she allegedly grabbed an individual by the scrotum, causing a laceration.

DUIs

Joel W. Klocke, 32, Bunker Hill, has been charged with driving under the influence and failure to reduce speed in connection with a Feb. 24 incident in which he allegedly drove a tan 2008 Ford on Staunton Bunker Hill Road two miles west of Route 4, northwest of Staunton.

Whitney Y. Dworzynski, 22, Carlinville, has been charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage in connection with a Feb. 25 incident in which she allegedly drove a blue 2006 Hummer in the 18400 block of Shipman Blacktop, Carlinville.

Sammie L. Cole, 39, Carlinville, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence and one count of improper lane usage in connection with a Feb. 25 incident in which she allegedly drove a white 2004 Chevrolet on North Oak Street at Mounts Street, Carlinville.

Richard T. Knobbe, 50, St. Charles, Mo., has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving 1-10 mph above the limit (45 mph in a 35 mph zone) in connection with a March 5 incident in which he allegedly drove a white 2015 Ford truck on Washington Street at Franklin Street, Bunker Hill.

Cody R. Braman, 24, Staunton, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence and one count of improper lane usage in connection with a Feb. 25 incident in which he allegedly drove a blue 2001 Jeep on South Hackman Street at West Sixth Street, Staunton.

Robert L. Servente, 55, Virden, has been charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving on a suspended license, disobeying a stop sign, expired registration and improper use of evidences of registration or certificate of title.
