Phillip M. Seabolt, 42, Virden, has been charged with battery in connection with an Oct. 9 incident in which he allegedly pushed an individual on the torso with his hands.

Walter L. Hausman, 65, Brighton, has been charged with dumping garbage upon real property in connection with a Sept. 23 incident in which he allegedly deposited garbage upon property in the 1200 block of Hausman Lane in rural Brighton without the consent of the property owner.

Robert M. Patrick, 50, Staunton, has been charged with battery and resisting a peace officer in connection with an Oct. 19 incident in which he allegedly grabbed an individual by the throat and squeezed, and laid upon his hands when an officer attempted to place handcuffs on him.

Ashley C. Bertoldi, 34, Riverton, has been charged with retail theft in connection with a Sept. 28 incident in which she allegedly took printer ink cartridges valued at less than $300 from Carlinville Walmart.

Christine M. Bristow, 38, Springfield, has been charged with retail theft in connection with a Sept. 28 incident in which she allegedly took printer ink cartridges valued at less than $300 from Carlinville Walmart.

Nicholas R. Hupp, 23, Staunton, has been charged with violation of an order of protection in connection with a Sept. 3 incident in which he allegedly sent a text message to the phone of a protected party.

Dayn N. Gibson, 18, Hillsboro, has been charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in connection with an Oct. 26 incident in which he allegedly refused to submit to a breath test.

Joshua M. Maloney, 22, Wilsonville, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with an Oct. 25 incident in which he allegedly struck an individual in the face with his fist.

Kevin J. Mihelcic, 60, Mt. Clare, has been charged with criminal trespass to real property in connection with an Aug. 15 incident in which he allegedly remained upon property (Mt. Clare City Hall) after being told by Mt. Clare Mayor Glenn Simmons to depart.

Skyelissa N. Boehler, 30, of Girard has been charged with domestic battery and criminal trespass to a residence in connection with an Oct. 26 incident in which she allegedly scratched an individual’s neck and entered a residence in the 200 block of North Section Street, Girard, without authority.
