Michael Whitfield filed a complaint in replevin Jan. 18 against Midwest LSX, LLC, seeking possession of a 1981 Ford Mustang, Dart SHP 302 and various identified parts, with a combined value of approximately $16,263.94; the value of property not delivered; and damages for the detention.

Chad R. Newingham filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer Jan. 18 against Suzy Novak and Tabitha Pratt, seeking possession of property in Gillespie, $3,000 rent, court costs and damages.

JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., filed a complaint in forcible entry and detainer Jan. 18 against Anthony Mull and unknown occupants, seeking possession of property in Carlinville.

Felonies

Holly R. Bennett, 45, Walshville, has been charged with meth possession (less than five grams) and driving while license revoked in connection with a Dec. 5 incident.

Christopher M. Moore, 33, Girard, has been charged with aggravated domestic battery in connection with a Jan. 12 incident in which he allegedly accelerated his pickup truck, pinning an individual’s arm between the truck and a telephone pole, and in doing so fractured the individual’s right arm and caused an injury to the mid/distal third of the brachial artery.

Kevin W. Clark, 22, Bunker Hill, has been charged with aggravated assault and criminal damage to government supported property in connection with a Jan. 13 incident in which he allegedly went at a deputy with his hands clenched in fists and caused less than $500 damage to a sheriff’s deputy uniform belonging to Macoupin County.

Cassandra L. Lofland, 34, Virden, has been charged with two counts of aggravated battery in connection with a Jan. 13 incident in which she allegedly pushed an officer in the back, spit in the officer’s face and kicked another officer in the right upper thigh.

Jennifer L. Pickett, 34, Gillespie, has been charged with unlawful possession of less than five grams of meth or a substance containing meth in connection with a Jan. 13 incident.

Roberto Gonzalez-Ramirez has been charged with unlawful possession of a fraudulent driver’s license and obstructing identification in connection with a Jan. 16 incident in which he allegedly furnished a false name to an officer who had detained him.

Rande T. Sussenbach, 46, Pocahontas, has been charged with meth possession (less than five grams) in connection with a Nov. 10 incident.

Roy E. Davis Jr., 30, Carlinville, has been charged with theft in connection with a Dec. 13 incident in which he allegedly took an individual’s bicycle.

Tiffany A. Mims, 28, Mt. Olive, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin) in connection with a Jan. 6 incident.

Martha M. Hartmann, 28, Bunker Hill, has been charged with theft in connection with a Jan. 4 incident in which she allegedly took cash and checks valued at more than $500 but less than $10,000 from an individual.

Justin C. Grider, 34, Sawyerville, has been charged with meth possession (less than five grams) in connection with an Aug. 29 incident.

William L. Austin Jr., 28, Alton, has been charged with theft in connection with a Dec. 29 incident in which he allegedly obtained control over an individual’s 2003 Kawasaki KFX400 all-terrain vehicle, valued at more than $500 but less than $10,000, knowing it to have been stolen.

Quentin A. Drew, 38, Girard, has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine) in connection with a Jan. 20 incident.

Misdemeanors

William J. Bridwell, 42, Girard, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a Jan. 13 incident in which he allegedly struck an individual in the face with his fist.

Aaron C. Grimes, 20, Gillespie, has been charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in connection with a Jan. 1 incident.

Erin M. McClanahan, 33, Carlinville, has been charged with retail theft in connection with a Jan. 17 incident in which he allegedly took vodka valued at less than $500 from Carl’s IGA in Carlinville.

Daniel R. Gooding, 28, Carlinville, has been charged with theft in connection with a Jan. 9 incident in which he allegedly took two bicycles, with a total value of less than $500, belonging to an individual.

Dillion M. Wiser, 21, Carlinville, has been charged with battery in connection with a Nov. 24 incident in which he allegedly struck an individual in the face with a closed fist, causing lacerations.

Jason L. Johnson, 35, Medora, has been charged with criminal damage to property in connection with a Dec. 31 incident in which he allegedly kicked an exterior door of the Old Number 7 Saloon, causing less than $500 damage.

Chad A. Arview, 38, Roxana, has been charged with resisting a peace officer and criminal trespass to real property in connection with a Jan. 17 incident in which he allegedly spun away from an officer attempting to place handcuffs on him and remained within the Sage House, Bunker Hill, after previously being told to vacate the premises by the staff.

Jason M. Darnell, now 34, Girard, has been charged with retail theft in connection with a Dec. 30 incident in which he allegedly took a phone charger valued at less than $300 from Carlinville Walmart.

Robert D. Burke, 35, Kincaid, has been charged with escape in connection with a Jan. 15 incident in which he allegedly failed to report to Macoupin County Jail when ordered to do so.

Damon E. Hill, 31, Florissant, Mo., has been charged with obstructing identification in connection with a Jan. 12 incident in which he allegedly furnished a false name to an officer who had detained him.

Kathleen M. Perkins, 49, Palmyra, has been charged with retail theft in connection with a Jan. 6 incident in which she allegedly took laundry detergent valued at less than $300 from Carlinville Walmart.

Donald P. Webb, 38, Gillespie, has been charged with disorderly conduct in connection with a Jan. 13 incident in which he allegedly threw Christmas lights in an individual’s direction.

Andrew K. Whitlock, 28, Gillespie, has been charged with disorderly conduct in connection with a Jan. 7 incident in which he allegedly lit a can of Axe body spray on fire, causing it to explode.

Jerrie D. Day, 25, Gillespie, has been charged with theft in connection with a September incident in which she allegedly took less than $500 cash from Subway.

Richard C. Fenley, 39, Gillespie, has been charged with obstructing a peace officer in connection with a Jan. 18 incident in which he allegedly fled from an officer after being ordered to stop.

Ronnie W. Swann, 36, Bunker Hill, has been charged with domestic battery in connection with a Jan. 18 incident in which he allegedly struck an individual in the face with his hand.

Arvette L. Ford, 58, St. Louis, Mo., has been charged with criminal damage to property in connection with a Sept. 23 incident in which she allegedly caused less than $500 damage to an individual’s 2002 Ford sport utility vehicle.

DUI

Thomas M. Pettit, 65, Carlinville, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of improper backing and failure to report accident to police in connection with a Jan. 18 incident in which he allegedly drove a red 2003 Mitsubishi on North Plum Street at Short Street, Carlinville.
