Felonies

Elizabeth E. Daniels, 31, Wilsonville, has been charged with unlawful possession of less than five grams of a substance containing meth in connection with a Nov. 18 incident.

Alphonso Anderson, 20, Carlinville, has been charged with theft in connection with a Dec. 24 incident in which he allegedly exerted unauthorized control over an individual’s cash valued at more than $500 but less than $10,000.

Michael L. Stevenson, 43, Worden, has been charged with meth delivery in connection with a March 23, 2017, incident in which he allegedly delivered less than five grams of meth to an inspector.

Nathan A. Jones, 35, Springfield, has been charged with aggravated battery in connection with a Jan. 3 incident in which he allegedly punched an individual in the face, breaking the individual’s jaw.

Randy L. Cairns, 32, Carlinville, has been charged with aggravated battery in connection with a Jan. 4 incident in which he allegedly struck an individual in the head with his fist, knowing the individual to be disabled.

Mark A. Richardson, 18, Benld, has been charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse in connection with a Jan. 3-4 incident in which he allegedly committed an act of sexual penetration with a person between the ages of 13-17 when he was at least five years older than the individual.

Michael B. Baney, 35, Springfield, Mo., has been charged with unlawful possession of less than five grams of a substance containing meth in connection with a Jan. 13 incident.

Davion T. Dansberry, 32, St. Charles, Mo., has been charge with unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in connection with a Jan. 12 incident in which he allegedly possessed less than 15 grams of a substance containing MDMA.

Kyle D. Burg, 35, East Gillespie, has been charged with aggravated battery and endangering the life or health of a child in connection with a Jan. 16 incident in which he allegedly pushed a peace officer on the left arm and drank alcohol to a degree of intoxication that rendered him unable to adequately care for a child under age 19 while being the sole caretaker of the child and the child being of an age such that the child could not care for itself.

Adam M. McKain, now 35, Virden, has been charged with unlawful possession of less than five grams of meth in connection with a Jan. 14 incident.

Douglas E. Weese, 36, Virden, has been charged with unlawful possession of less than five grams of meth in connection with a Jan. 16 incident.

Destiny M. Weller, 35, Carlinville, has been charged with theft in connection with a Dec. 26 incident in which she allegedly exerted unauthorized control over an individual’s cash, valued at less than $500. She was also charged with possession of less than five grams of meth in connection with a Dec. 23 incident.

Kenneth D. Armstrong, 35, Virginia, has been charged with driving while license revoked in connection with a Dec. 21 incident in which he allegedly drove a blue 2003 Chevrolet on Elm Street in Gillespie.

Walter R. Holmes, 41, Staunton, has been charged with unlawful possession of less than five grams of a substance containing meth in connection with a Jan. 22 incident.

Lorie L. Bogard, 35, Mt. Olive, has been charged with meth possession (less than five grams) in connection with an Oct. 15 incident.

Misdemeanors

Dalton J. Best, 24, Worden, has been charged with theft in connection with an Oct. 19 incident in which he allegedly exerted unauthorized control over an individual’s power tools, valued at less than $500.

Kimberly L. Wilson, 37, Carlinville, has been charged with obstructing identification in connection with a Jan. 13 incident in which she allegedly furnished a false name to a peace officer.

Pamela I. Perry, 55, Carlinville, has been charged with retail theft in connection with a Jan. 12 incident in which she allegedly took merchandise valued at less than $500 from Carl’s IGA, Carlinville.

Tammy J. Hupp, 39, Carlinville, has been charged with retail theft in connection with a Jan. 12 incident in which she allegedly took food valued at less than $500 from Carl’s IGA, Carlinville.

Brian M. Wallace, 33, Fidelity, has been charged with disorderly conduct in connection with a Nov. 26 incident in which he allegedly threatened to beat up an individual at Darr’s Truck Stop.

Christine A. Smith, now 49, Wilsonville, has been charged with deceptive practices in connection with a Sept. 22 incident in which she allegedly delivered a check for $20 to Randy’s Market, knowing her bank would not honor the draft.

Patricia L. Luttman, 70, Benld, has been charged with deceptive practices in connection with a Sept. 6 incident in which she allegedly delivered a check for $46.34 to Randy’s Market, knowing her bank would not honor the draft.

Jason S. Price, now 40, Gillespie, has been charged with deceptive practices in connection with a Sept. 10 incident in which he allegedly delivered a check for $96.33 to Randy’s Market, knowing his bank would not honor the draft.

Brian J. Boone, 46, Virden, has been charged with deceptive practices in connection with a Dec. 18 incident in which he allegedly delivered a check for $40 to Joseph F. Boente and Sons, knowing his bank would not honor the draft.

Adam D. Scott, 37, Standard City, has been charged with deceptive practices in connection with an Aug. 17 incident in which he allegedly delivered a check for $27.80 to Manu Petro, knowing his bank would not honor the draft.

Suzy Novak, 50, Gillespie, has been charged with two counts of deceptive practices in connection with July 18 and July 19 incidents in which she allegedly delivered two checks for $100 each to Whitlock Chiefs, Inc., knowing her bank would not honor the drafts.

Shayne P. Carlile, 34, Virden, has been charged with two counts of deceptive practices in connection with Nov. 16 and Nov. 17 incidents in which she allegedly delivered checks for $174.17 and $49.17 to Joseph F. Boente and Sons, knowing her bank would not honor the drafts.

DUIs

Dakota S. Bone, 26, Carlinville, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of illegal transportation of alcohol and speeding more than 35 mph over the limit (97 mph in a 55 mph zone) in connection with a Jan. 13 incident in which he allegedly drove a 2001 Dodge Caravan on Route 4 at Dodge Road, north of Carlinville.

Dryce A. Cunningham, 18, Carlinville, has been charged with driving under the influence, failure to reduce speed, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage in connection with a Jan. 6 incident in which he allegedly drove a blue 2003 Ford truck on Route 111 north of Cumberland Road, south of Hettick.
