CMS harriers open at Williamsville run
The Carlinville Middle School cross country team under head coach BJ Vinyard opened the 2015 season Saturday running at the Williamsville.
Briley Roper was the Cavies’ top overall performer, finishing second overall out of 136 competitors. Roper clocked in at 11:45 trailing only one runner from Williamsville.
Carlinville teammate Levi Yudynski finished ninth at 12:10, and Ethan Siglock was 18th at 12:36.

The girls side had Carlinville’s Jillian Stayton finishing ninth overall at 13:38. Patty Walch was 15th at 13:58 and Emily May 20th at 14:20.
