Carlinville regional champs in WYSE competition

GODFREY (Feb. 8, 2018) – Carlinville’s WYSE team (Worldwide Youth in Science and Engineering) took first place in the regional competition last Friday at Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey.

Six individuals in seven categories took home first place from Carlinville.

Grayson Armour was first in the Biology category, while Andrew DeNeve was first in Math and first in Computer Science.

Paul Kibe was first in English; Cora Gray was first in Physics; Robert Wiggins was first in Chemistry and Tyler Behme first in Engineering Graphics.

Additionally, Adin Fleischer was second and Wiggins third in Math; Behme was second in Computer Science; Armour was third in Chemistry; and Seth Evans was second in Engeineering Graphics.
